Where are you located? – We are a small business based out of London Ontario Canada – welcome to our store!
Do you have a store front? – We do not have a store front. We are an internet/home based business and do most of our correspondence via email.
What is this refurbished thing you guys are doing? - We like to reuse and upcycle clothing to lessen our impact on the environment. We believe that just because someone is finished with an article of clothing it doesn’t mean that it is useless and in bad shape. We like to revive clothes and enhance them with our prints and creativity, therefore all refurbished items are original and unique!
Are your t-shirts and tank tops refurbished – No, our t-shirts and tanks are not refurbished as most used tees and tanks are not in the greatest shape. The quality of our products is important to us.
Do you make custom t-shirts for events, sports teams, businesses, promotions or for just plain fun? – Yes!
Can you print on things other than t-shirts? – Yes! We can print on most cotton based materials ie/ tote bags, sweatshirts etc.
What does it cost to make a custom shirt? - Each order varies in price according to the number of prints and the style and number of shirts you would like. With every custom order we charge a $30.00 set up fee regardless of the size of your order, which means that the more shirts you want the more you save! What kind of shirts do you use for printing? – We currently use Hanes Tagless shirts.
What is the set up fee for? – The set up fee is for the stencil creation of your print as well as any design tweeks that need to be done in order to ensure the stencil is of high quality. High quality stencil = high quality print!
Why should I spend $30.00 on a set up fee when I can find it cheaper elsewhere? – At ScapeGoat we put our customers first. We work closely with you to guarantee the results you want!
